Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the DemoPro affiliate program (the “Program”). The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions for qualified customer subscriptions generated through your unique referral link or code.

These Affiliate Terms supplement the main Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict, the Affiliate Terms apply for affiliate matters.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into contracts.
• You must provide accurate details and keep them updated (name, contact details, payout information, and tax documentation where required).
• Affiliate access is by approval only. We may accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
• We may require identity verification, compliance checks, or additional information before enabling payouts.

• We provide a unique affiliate link and/or code within the affiliate portal.
• Referrals are tracked using cookies, account metadata, and checkout attribution. We determine attribution using our systems.
• Tracking is not guaranteed if customers block cookies, use private browsing, change devices, or if ad blockers interfere.
• You may not alter or mask affiliate links in a way that obscures attribution or misleads customers.

If tracking fails due to factors outside our control, we cannot retroactively assign referrals. We do not manually assign referrals unless required by law.

A referral is “qualified” only when all of the following are true:

• The customer is new to DemoPro and not previously subscribed.
• The customer completes a valid, paid subscription using your referral link or code.
• The subscription payment clears successfully and is not flagged for fraud or chargeback risk.
• The referral complies with these Affiliate Terms and all applicable laws and platform rules.

We may disqualify referrals if we detect suspicious activity, self-referrals, or attempts to manipulate the Program. A customer can only be attributed to one affiliate at a time, and our systems decide attribution.

• Commission rates are set by DemoPro and visible in your affiliate portal.
• Commissions apply only to eligible subscription payments actually received by DemoPro.
• We may offer customer incentives (trials or discounts). Commissions are calculated on the net amount paid after discounts, credits, or refunds.
• Commission rates, eligible plans, and payout thresholds may change; changes apply prospectively.

We may withhold commissions for subscriptions that are refunded, disputed, or deemed invalid.

• Payouts are processed on a scheduled cadence and may require a minimum payable balance.
• Payouts are delivered via Stripe Connect or another method we specify. You must complete onboarding and keep your payout account active.
• We may hold payouts until the applicable refund window ends, fraud checks complete, or compliance requirements are satisfied.
• You are responsible for all taxes, filings, and declarations related to your commissions.
• If you fail to provide required tax documentation, we may suspend payouts until resolved.

• If a customer cancels, refunds, or disputes a payment, the related commission is reversed.
• We may offset future commissions to recover previously paid amounts tied to refunded or charged-back subscriptions.
• Repeated chargebacks or high-risk activity may result in suspension of your affiliate account.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the customer’s paid period unless otherwise stated in the main Terms.

Commission eligibility is based on successful, settled payments and may be delayed until the refund window closes.

• Be honest and transparent. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from referrals.
• Do not misrepresent DemoPro, its pricing, features, or availability.
• No spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive advertising tactics.
• Do not bid on our brand names or trademarks in paid search without written permission.
• Do not use our logos, assets, or trademarks except as expressly approved by us.

We may require you to remove or revise promotional content that violates these rules.

• Access is provided via Steam sign-in linked to your approved affiliate account.
• You must keep your account secure and notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
• Affiliate portal data is for your internal use only and must not be shared publicly.

We may log portal usage and enforce access controls to protect the Program and customer data.

• You may terminate your affiliate participation at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance reasons.
• If terminated for cause, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
• Upon termination, you must stop using all affiliate links, branding, and marketing materials.

We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. We will update these Affiliate Terms and the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, availability, or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Program.
